DIY kit includes lampshade that you put together yourself with instructions and pendant light kit for hanging, no screws required. Each piece of wood slides into a tight slot. Gel super glue for sturdiest attachment is suggested.
Dimensions of standing lamp with foot pedal: Approximately 66 inches tall. This item may ship in two separate boxes to keep the lampshade safe during transit.

Dimensions of black ceiling pendant lighting kit: Adjustable up to 47 inches in length. Please note this option ONLY attaches to a ceiling and requires professional/electrical knowledge to assemble. I am not able to help with installation instructions for attaching to ceiling.
This item is fragile yet sturdy. Each piece is glued on for stability. It is not recommended to place the standing lamp option in high child traffic areas as it falling over could very well break it. However, replacement parts of the lampshade are available for purchase if needed.
