Shipping policy

Most items have a 3 day processing time with standard shipping times of 3-8 business days. All items are made to order. 

Personalized items, custom items and large wall art is hand made and may take longer for processing and shipping. 

Shipping charges vary per item and are listed at the checkout. 

Damages

Fire's Edge Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures, save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
